This public route explains how to request privacy and data rights. It provides information and the approved privacy contact; it does not create a fake website submission form or request API.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, opt out of certain sale/sharing/targeted-advertising uses, appeal a refusal, and complain to a regulator. We will verify identity proportionately and may request authorised-agent documentation. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
How to make a request
You may submit a request through Settings > Request my data, Settings > Delete account, https://vmemoo.com/privacy-request or privacy@vmemoo.com. Use the public route for information about access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection or another applicable right. Vmemoo will respond within the legally required period and explain any lawful refusal or extension and available appeal.
